Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected products.
For orders within the European Union over €280, shipping is free.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: 24–48 hours
- Outside the EU: 72–96 hours
Delivery times may vary for remote areas or due to logistical conditions.
Order tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the delivery.
Returns and exchanges
Right of withdrawal
The customer may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- unused
- in perfect condition
- returned in original packaging
Failure to meet these conditions may result in refusal of the return.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the shipment until it is received by the seller.
Return procedure
To initiate a return, the customer must contact customer service indicating the order number and reason for the request.
Once instructions are received, the item can be shipped to the provided address.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery. The replacement product will be shipped within 24–48 hours after the returned item has been received, subject to availability.
