INSECTARIUM products are designed and distributed by OFFICINE904, with registered office in Via Dell’Esse 1, 52047 Marciano della Chiana (AR), Italy.
By accessing the website and placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Products
All INSECTARIUM jewelry is handcrafted in Italy. Any slight variations between items are a natural result of the artisanal process and represent a distinctive feature of each piece, ensuring its uniqueness.
3. Prices and taxes
All prices are expressed in Euro.
For orders within the European Union, prices include VAT.
For orders outside the European Union, prices are shown excluding Italian VAT. Any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Payment methods
The website accepts major payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and installment payment solutions such as Klarna.
In the case of bank transfer, orders will be processed only after payment has been received.
5. Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item is unavailable after purchase, the customer will be contacted to arrange an alternative solution or a full refund.
6. Promotions
INSECTARIUM products are generally not subject to sales. Any promotions may be applied for limited periods or on selected items only.
7. Order confirmation
The sales contract is considered concluded once the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received.
8. Liability
OFFICINE904 shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery due to force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond its control.
9. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
10. Return conditions
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused, intact, and in its original packaging.
The seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
